2TAC FlintWrap

DESCRIPTION

Measuring a full 63" x 83", the FlintWrap XL is about 20% wider than a standard emergency blanket, so it wraps completely around an adult in a winter coat instead of flapping open. Folded, it's thinner than a smartphone and fits any glovebox, go bag, or jacket pocket.

MAIN FEATURES

OVERSIZED: At 63" x 83", the FlintWrap XL gives you enough material to wrap all the way around and tuck the edge under your arm, or cover an adult and a child together. Standard 52" blankets leave a gap that wind cuts straight through. Made from aluminized mylar that reflects up to 90% of your radiated body heat back toward you.

ALL WEATHER: The mylar surface blocks wind and rain, and the highly reflective finish makes you easier for others to spot in low light. In hot weather, the same surface reflects sunlight and works as shade over a vehicle window, a resting spot, or a tent.

PACKS SMALL: Folds down thinner than your phone and weighs next to nothing. Individually packed so you can keep one in every vehicle, every bag, and every drawer without thinking about it again.

USING METHODS

QUICK WRAP: Tear open the pouch, unfold, and wrap it over your jacket with the reflective side facing in. Tuck the bottom edge under you to keep ground cold out and the trapped warmth in.

MULTI-USE: Works as a poncho in rain, a ground cover under a sleeping bag, a sun shade over a window or tent, or a signal panel when you need to be seen.

EMERGENCY SHELTER: Run cord through the center or tie off the corners to rig a lean-to or tarp roof in under a minute.
