Mount main unit on left side of helmet Find flat area that won't interfere with fastening Ensure controls will be easily accessible
Clip Mount:
Slide clip between helmet shell and lining
Loosen lining slightly if needed
Tighten any screws if applicable
Adhesive Mount:
Clean area with alcohol wipe
Remove backing from adhesive pad
Press firmly for 30 seconds
Find speaker cutouts near ears inside helmet
Place speakers in these cutouts
Use Velcro strips if no cutouts available
Position for best sound quality
Boom Microphone:
Attach to front of helmet
Position to side of mouth (not directly in front)
Ensure it doesn't block vision or breathing
Hard/Wired Microphone:
Place inside front padding
Position close to mouth
Secure with adhesive if needed
Tuck all wires behind helmet padding
Avoid loose wires that may cause discomfort
Use provided clips to secure wires if necessary
Plug speakers and microphone into main unit
Check all connections are secure
Follow port labels on main unit
Test system before riding
Adjust speaker and mic positions for comfort
Fine-tune placement after first few rides if needed

The 2000mAh battery delivers 48 hours of music playback or 30 hours of talk time on a full charge. Standby time extends up to 400 hours.
First, ensure it's charged by connecting it to power and checking if the red charging LED illuminates. If it's fully charged, try a reset by pressing and holding the power and intercom buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
With the unit powered off, press and hold the power button and both volume buttons simultaneously for 15 seconds until the LED flashes purple three times.
Ensure all units have the latest firmware installed. For optimal performance, maintain line-of-sight between riders when possible and position the control unit on the left side of your helmet away from other electronic devices.
